I wore this simple monochrome outfit to dinner and drinks with friends over Christmas. Over-the-knee, or thigh high as they’re also called, boots were a big trend for A/W’13 and I loved them. Stiletto heeled boots are also a big trend at the moment and I loved these ones from New Look. They sold out everywhere very quickly but I have listed a couple of very similar styles above.

For those of you who follow P&P on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram you may have seen that I attended a Parfois Press Event back in early December and picked up a few amazing pieces, I loved the collection! We were all also spoiled with a goodie bag and I was lucky enough to get these two silver necklaces. I love wearing silver from time to time and love chunky pieces so I actually wore the two together and loved how it looked, especially against the high neck white crepe top. I kept the rest of the outfit simple with Topshop Jamie Jeans (which my sister let me borrow), my favourite Topshop top and a leather jacket which I got for Christmas. I love the jacket and the white faux fur collar is actually detachable which I love!
