A sleeveless blazer, satin trousers, pastels, sandals and a polaroid camera: all you could want for summer. This month my wishlist focuses on a few pieces which would be core to my summer wardrobe, and a polaroid camera just for fun! The photographer I worked on the Arnotts shoot with, Julia from Wonderfulife Productions, took along her polaroid camera for the fashion shoot and captured a polaroid of each outfit and gave them to me at the end of the day. It was such a thoughtful idea, I loved them.  I have always loved polaroids (hence the blog name) and I somehow still don’t own a polaroid camera so this summer I’m definately going to invest in one. I can’t wait to document Summer 2014 in polaroids!

I was searching for a pair of sandals exactly like these by Carvela and spotted them in both Arnotts and Brown Thomas while in Dublin recently. They’re the perfect sandal, simple and classic. They’d definitely be on my holiday wishlist, I wouldn’t need to bring anything else as they will go with everything and they look so comfortable. I also adore these satin trousers from Topshop, they’d be the perfect light trousers for summer. I love the material and the champagne colour. Hopefully you’ll be seeing them in an outfit post during the next month.

Although I’m currently dreaming of a summer getaway my wishlist is realistic in that it has two blazers; summer cover ups are essential in Ireland. A sleeveless blazer is a summer must-have and as I already have white, I’m hoping to get my hands on this black style from Missguided. The pastel blue blazer from New Look is also the perfect summer blazer, it would look great with shorts and jeans.
