Many of you will have seen that I shared a snap of  Spotlight teeth whitening strips over on my Snapchat and said I would be trialling them for a few weeks ago. I received so many snaps asking what I thought but I haven’t been giving any feedback until now because I wanted to ensure I had trialled them for some time and that could give a 100% accurate and honest review before recommending them to anyone. So I’ve now completed my 14 days of teeth whitening and I left it almost another week before sharing this because I wanted to make sure the results lasted once the course was over.

I am really excited to say - I absolutely loved this product. I am so happy to have finally found a teeth whitening product that I can actually use because I have the most sensitive teeth! I’ve tried whitening products in the past and I’ve never been able to finish the course because of how sensitive my teeth are. I was especially optimistic and excited to try these strips as they were actually created by my very own dentist! I went to Dr. Lisa Creaven from Quay Street Dental around four years ago for Invisalign treatment and she was amazing. Lisa created the product with her sister who is also a dentist. I was really impressed knowing the product was created by dentists and more so, by a dentist that I knew would only create a product that was 100% safe and wouldn’t damage my teeth.

Spotlight Teeth Whitening Strips are the only teeth whitening strips in Europe that contain Hydrogen Peroxide which is the most effective teeth whitening agent. I used the strips for one hour a day for 14 days and didn’t experience any pain or discomfort - they are so gentle on your teeth which is so important to me. I will say my teeth were quite white before trialling this product but I can honestly they’re a couple of shades whiter afterwards! I’m always really aware of a placebo effect when trying out products like this so I always ask friends and family if they’ve noticed a difference and everyone has. My sister noticed my teeth were whiter after only four days of using the strips - I had ten days left of the course and they had already lightened a noticeable amount! Despite my teeth not being very discoloured previously, I’ve always had discolouration on the bottoms of my lower teeth and there always a contrast between the top and bottom but I can honestly say there difference is now barely noticeable after using Spotlight. I’m so pleased with the results!

I’ve finished my 14 day course now but I’m going to order a couple of more boxes and use them maybe once a week before the weekend or before any events. They’re €39.95 which is hugely inexpensive for the quality in my opinion. And you can purchase them - here.
